Dr. Mario: I just came across your note about getting started in karting. The Long Island Karting Association holds weekly races at our track in Westhampton, NY. We have a 1/4 mile oval and a 1/2 mile road course. This is a permanent facility, not a parking lot. Racing starts at age 4 and up. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
